How to start selling on www.trade2me.com
Ans:If you are a registered User, Start listing your property details with photographs and select whether you want it to diplay in Featured Listing page or Normal Lisiting page,by clicking on “Submit Property “button.
Do I have to pay any charge for listing my property?
Ans: We have given 15 free Normal Listing for each user as a promotion and 10 free listing in Featured Listing category, On expiry of your free listing yes, you need to pay on actual per listing through our secured Payment gateway.
What is the Listing expiry time mentioned? Can I renew ?
Ans: Listing time given is only 30days, After that it will expire. Yes, You can renew the same listing by clicking on Edit button and update property.
What will happen if the property is unsold? Do we get charged?
Ans:Only your listing will be expired and you can always renew based on your requirement, We are only giving service and a platform to submit your property. Listing fee will be charged after 25 Free Listing are used.
How much do you charge on each listing after the free listing limit is finished?
Ans It will be a nominal Listing fee which can be seen on Buy Package depending on your listing requirement that is Normal Listing or Featured Listing .
What is feedback (Testimonials) ? How it is beneficial?
